Alive

During the 1st Quarter of the year, God has proven (yet again!) how awesome He is. Oh no, I’m not talking “awesome” as a cliche here. If you’ve been financially provided without getting employed, getting into something you’re passionate about, getting an aunt miraculously healed and personally seeking Jesus in her heart, opening opportunities for business and more learning, and getting closer to Him — isn’t that awesome enough?
But throughout everything He’s brought me into, He made me feel alive again. He brought me to what makes me feel most alive. And that maybe, just maybe, I was designed to be something else than what I used to think of myself.
“I believe God made me for a purpose, but he also made me fast. And when I run I feel His pleasure.” – Eric Liddell
I’m sure Mr. Eric felt most alive when he ran. That was his design.
I’ve been getting serious into my music again after so many years. And God has blessed me with a mentor I never thought would have the same heart and passion to guide me through it. And this is my zone. I always knew it was, I just never took it this seriously.
I have decided to write about it because I want to trace back after 6 months to a year – have I gotten any better?
What about you? What do you do that you feel God’s pleasure? What makes you feel most alive? Do you ever strive to get better at it?

you’re now doing what God “wired” you to do. It’s always fulfilling to find one’s purpose in life.
