Finally, significant speed change is now going through the veins of my connection to the Philippines’ Telco Giant.
And it took just 3 calls. This is good compared to my 7 calls during my earlier months of connection.

It’s been 2 weeks now since this slowdown. Funny thing is that both speedtest.net and pldtplay.com reflect 800+ kbps, and yet I can’t even check my gmail without my connection having hiccups!
Youtube is worse. I can’t watch video streaming smoothly. What’s going on here?
And yes, I am using OpenDNS.
